Exchange policy
We want our clients to always have a pleasant experience with Luisa Soto Jewelry and therefore we accept product changes with a maximum period of 5 days after their purchase.
Each product must come in its original packaging in perfect condition and must not have been used.
Shipping costs for change are borne by the customer.
Product changes are only allowed if they have been purchased in our virtual store, in any of our social networks or directly with us presenting the support of your purchase
